Is there a KB that describes what objects/attributes etc.
get propagated across DC's in a forest in what time?

For eg:...If I add objects to an OU..How long before it
the changes get propagated?
Or if I change the password for a user, how long before
the change gets propagated?

ANy help wud be much appreciated...

thanks.....

There are some attributes that are marked for immediate
replication, such as an account being locked out or
disabled. However, most ojects follow the 300/30 rule
when replicating intrasite and 3 hours (default) for
intersite. The 300/30 replication for intrasite means
that replication will happen at 5 mins with a 30 second
offset b/t domain controllers. The Active Directory book
from O'Reilly has a great chapter on replication. This
is a pretty good article.
