Hi,We recently been trying to get win2003 DHCP running with reserved
IP.I got all the IP,computer names and mac addresses from our current
DHCP witch is running win2000 server. When i whent live with 2003 plenty
uses could not connect and many where coming back with bad_ip
addressing.REmoved all users from the reservation and let the DHCP
asign address, but still getting a lot of BAD_ADDRESS coming in.I cannot
figure it out.

You did shut down the old DHCP server before starting up the new one, right?

The old DHCP was disabled.today I see that we getting less BAD_IP
ADDRESSES
and starting to install reservations one by one.Seems to be working
better.

Yes, that would do it. Any time you have more than one DHCP server running
in the same address space you are going to get conflicts, duplicate
assignments, BAD ADDRESS reports showing up and such.
