Win2000 + WinNT4

What is your opinion about the Active Directory in Mixed Mode, with a Win2000 PDC and WinNT4 BDCs?
Is this a stable configuration? Will the BDCs "see" the PDC with no problem? Are cases of problems in the Mixed Mode frequently? If I have chance, do you recomend that I transform all WinNT BDCs in Win2000 and change the Active Directory to NAtive Mode

That's what I'm running at work right now, and I've found
a few issues with it.

Directory replication doesn't work on the 2K machine, and
FRS doesn't work on the NT machine. User profiles are
different between NT and 2K. System policies don't work
on the 2K machine and GPOs don't work right on the NT
machines. I, for one, can't wait to get my 2K server
tweeked properly so I'll be able to confidently migrate my
BDC (and the rest of my network) to 2K.
