Win2000 Windows Explorer

I have Win2000 ot home and at the office. In the View area
when viewing my graphic files in Thumbnails. I cannot see
the .jpg files in the view area at my work computer. I do
see .bmp, .tga, and others. How can I set the JPEG files
to view in Windows Explorer?
