You can use the following command to reset most of the critical OS
permissions back to default w/ the following command.
"Secedit /configure /cfg <drive>:\winnt\repair\secsetup.inf /db
secsetup.sdb" (without the quotation marks)
This will not change the permissions on custom data folders that you
created...
