win2000: sysexplr.exe application error

These days, every when I start the computer, it would show:
sysexplr.exe application error and the application failed to
initialize property (0xc0000005). I cannot use the explore for sure.
Does someone know what happened? I've let the computer delete all the
cookies once (is that the problem). Thanks.

P.S. I am using Win2000 service pack 4.

Follow the link for Trend Micro System Cleaner, and find SYSCLEAN.COM.
Download and run the fix.

Also, make sure you post your question to the appropriate newsgroup. This is
a Windows XP group. You are more likely to get your questions answered in
the right group.
