Win2000 server with built in service pack

Anybody know if it is possible to create a windows 2000
server Cd with a service pack already applied like the
ones you sometimes get from microsoft when a product has
been available for a while.

Sure you can. You need to slipstream the service pack (Look at the Scenario
1 section.):

Making the CD bootable is a little more difficult, you might get some ideas
