Win2000 Server Unable to print

After updating to SP4 and rebooting the server I cannot
get print jobs to work on shared/network printers. If I
change printer properties to print directly to the printer
it works but if it is supposed to queue and then print it
will not work.

I read the article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;832219
and I did follow those instructions. So far this has not
fixed anything.

The specific error I get whenever anyone tries to print to
these shared printers is "Test page failed to print.
Would you like to view the print trouble shooter. Unable
to create print job."

Anyone have any ideas?

Stop your spooler, (net stop spooler)

Delete all files in \\winnt\system32\spool\printers

Start your spooler (net start spooler)

It should work now!
