Win2000... Outlook 2002 and Public Folders

For some reason, I am seeing issues now with Windows 2000 and Outlook 2002.
The public folders have dissapeared for this user
ONLY... When the user is running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2002.
If the same user logs into an XP machine and runs outlook 2003 everything is fine.
Same user... Different Windows 2000 workstations with Outlook 2002... Same issue.. No public folders.
Same User... Different Windows XP machines with Outlook 2003 (from the office2003 install), everything works like it should.

Thoughts?
