Win2000 Error Message

I am using Virtual PC 6.1 on my Mac PowerBook G4 and I am plagued
every other minute by a "pop up" that proclaims :-

Program Error

WinMgmt has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will
need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
OK

I am constantly clicking "OK" and it goes away with nothing happening.
Does anyone know how I can rid myself of this pestilence?
