Win XP Startup Tasks order of Execution

Does anyone know how to make a program run before others when XP starts? I
would like ZoneAlarm to start before other tasks try to access the
internet. Is there a hierarchy of execution among Startup(User), Startup
(Common), HKLM/Run, and HKCU/Run?
 
Hi,

I also use Zone Alarm. It always loaded before any other
applications can access the internet in the startup; no
manual config is required.
