Win XP Pro upgrade

Before realizing that I had to buy a separate upgrades
for my other computers, I installed the same XP upgrade
on 3 machines. Since then I havwe bought new programs.
Now What is the nest step?
Do I just reinstall over the old XP?
or do I simply use the new numbers when activating?

You can use the In place upgrade option to change a CD key in the event you
entered a key that was already activated

For the other 2, choose the option to activate by phone.
When you call the displayed number you can change the Product Key.
