Is there any way to initiate user sessions from a Windows XP Pro (hooked to
a
workgroup) to a domain (as you can do on Windows 95/98/ME). This machine
must belong to a workgroup, not to a domain.
Usually the access is denied even if you enter the user and password
requested.

Hi Marcelo,

when entering username and password, under username first enter domain name
\ username...

e.g.

username: mydomain\mike

Replace: mydomain with name netbios name of domain.
Replace: mike with your domain username
Under password enter domain password for your domain user...

I hope this helps,

Mike

Sorry Mike but it didn't work.
Thanks anyway
