I'm working on a Win XP pro machine. I installed the
Office SR1a today and it knock out my network connection.
I'm unable to connect to my network or ping any
addresses. I naturally checked the network settings and
all is set up properly. I want to uninstall and reinstall
TCP/IP in network properties. When I highlight the TCP/IP
protocol the uninstall button grays out on the properties
sheet. I'm logged in as administrator and have full
rights. Does anyone know why XP will not let me uninstall
the protocol?
