Win XP, IP profile and static route

I am always on the road, going to different branch
offices.
Please advise how can I setup different TCPIP profiles
for the same network card.
I also have different sets of staic routes to add when
connected in different offices. Is there any simple way
to configure my Notebook's network card?

switch between them easily:
