Hi,

When I share files on Windows XP Home Edition, after
running Network Wizard etc... The folders/files do NOT
appear in My Network Places??? It could be a setting
somewhere in the system.

Do you see the small sharing hand under the folder when you look at the folder
inside Windows Explorer? If you see that, then they are being shared.

When you are looking at your "Entire Network" under the "Microsoft Windows
Network" do you see your Workgroup/Domain? If you see the Workgroup/ Domain, do
you see your computer or any other computer on your network? If you see your
computer, do you see the shared folder when you are exploring your computer? At
this point you should see the folder(s) you are trying to share.

If you want them to be viewed at the root "My Network Places" level, you need to
copy shortcuts from the inner level where you see them back to the root "My
Network Places" location.
