sorry i should have mentioned a little bit more.

i am running windows xp pro and would like to setup a
domain with it. i was wondering what steps would i need
to take in order to do this. i have a dial-up internet
connection and i am able to register domain if
neccessary. thank you
 
XP Pro cannot act as a domain controller. You would need to run a Server
SKU to get this functionality.
