What happens is after I log into Windows XP Media Ed., the time and date
ALWAYS goes back to last synch. I think there is a problem with the registry
as Date/Time also ALWAYS gives an error when trying to do a synch. (Of
course, other programs, such as antivirus, etc. also gives errors on boot-up
because of this problem.)

Help!

Thanks.

Please note: I am an end user and not a programmer.

Replace the battery on your mainboard.
Big, round, flat battery (most likely.)
Then go in and setup the time in the BIOS.
