I need to either add another disk drive or move everything
to a larger disk drive. If I add a 2nd drive, can I have
the folders appear under 'My Documents' so that they will
be password protected from other users, as my current
files are now? If so, how do I do it?

Thanks all

The first thing you have to do is move the My Documents folder. Then you
have to modify the security tab of the My Documents folder to make sure
that only your account and perhaps Administrators and definitely SYSTEM
have access and control. Also make sure that your account is owner.

All of this is taken care of for you by the inherited permissions from
Documents and Settings\user when My Documents is in the default location
in your profile. Check those settings if you want to duplicate on your
other hard drive.

You need to use NTFS permissions to protect documents from other
users.
If you have XP Pro, then you can use the Security tab to set
permissions, if using XP Home, then you can set them to 'Private'
or use the CACLS command to set permissions.
