You don't have to use WinPE for recovery CDs - there are other solutions as
well. However, if you do you the WinPE route - there is no cost. Other
solutions (like ghost) may have different benefits you'd might want to
consider. To build your WinPE CD, you'll want to ask your distributor for a
WinPE OPK.
