That's the program with a little Scotty dog.
Does YOUR computer momentarily freeze every time Scotty does his checking? I
am running win98
A bit of a nuisance when in chats or emails.

Not that I have noticed and the history of its memroy/CPU usage is low w2K
SP4
 
I have been using WinPatrol since way back in 3.1 days (I have Win98
now). It has never caused a problem.
