win ME compatibility with win95 games

i have had a prob with a game i bought, its compatible
with soundblaster, if i get a soundblaster card, will it
solve the prob? graphics are ok, very slow on 2nd disc,
sound completly goes after 10 mins or so

what problem do u have exactly?
u have sound but after 10 mins u dont have one anymore=
ur game continues?

if u had no sound at all i would check if the settings
pof the card are fitting. older Programs used to have the
irq of 3 , 5 or 7 for soundblaster accessment, others
wont be accepted.

If the game is a DOS game, you can try VDMSound or DOSBox. These contains
Sound Blaster DOS emulators and helps to get older DOS games to work.
