I run Win. XP sp2 v.6.
I use explorer with details list as the default view.
On my old Win 98SE pc, I could highlight a .jpg file or an .htm file and a
small thumbnail image of the graphic, or web page, would appear on the left
side of the Explorer window.
How can I get XP to do the same?
Thanks in advance for any ideas,
John

In Windows Explorer

Tools>Folder Options>General>Tasks

select Show common tasks in folders

Apply

You should now have that ability.

Thanks a lot, Fuzzy. Just what I wanted.
