We would like to download the newest Beta, but what if our
computer only have windows 98? Then we cannot? Is there
another program we can use to get som protection from
spyware?

MS Antispyware doesn't support win98. Go to download.com
and download SpySweeper. It's a trial version, but it
will do the job. Adaware is also a decent option and
it's free.
