Win 98 se to Win 2000 setup issue

When I try to upgrade from 98 to 2000 I get to the reboot
mode and then the setup (blue screen) hangs up even if I
use the boot disks. Can anyone tell me whta I should do?

check your hardware for compatibility issue. Use HCL to check your hardware or contact manufacturer
