Hi John.
I was not able to find anything on this. Two things that enter my thoughts here.
1. If you create a new document and then send that document (making sure the page size
when the doc is created is letter and not legal), then does the Win98 client send letter size
pages?
2. There may be updated drivers for Win98 but I haven't been able to find any. What fax
component/application are you using to send the faxes?
Thanks,
Gary

'--'We have a client that has Win98 on a SBS 2000 network.
'--'When they send a fax through the Shared Fax program the
'--'cover page is fine but all other pages send as legal
'--'instead of letter. All faxes people recieve will pull an
'--'extra page if they do not have legal size paper in their
'--'fax. I have duplicated this in our office now. It
'--'appears that the paper size in the driver can't be
'--'changed. Has anyone else seen this problem? Or know of
'--'a fix? Using Win2k or XP all works fine.
