win 32 encounted a problem and needs to close

Every time I now connect to the net about 2 mins later I
get a box come up which says: Generic host process for
win 32 services has encounted a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It's taking me
ages to do anything now as I have to keep clicking on the
close button and then restarting. Can anyone tell me what
I have to do please, bearing in mind I don't really know
anything about computers/jargon.

You probably have some spyware installed that is interfering with
internet connections. D/L and install anti-spyware program to remove
them e.g Adaware.
