You need to follow the instructions that come with it carefully, and you
need to test it on a couple of "sacrifice" systems before deploying it. I've
rolled it out onto a few servers without any problems what so ever if that's
any help.

Be careful and make sure to test on test boxes first.
Also, select "Archive files" in case you have to roll
back.
I have had problems installing on servers running IIS (MS
is looking into it)and there are many people experiencing
problems with sp4. You may want to look at the posts found
in 'Windows Update', under the Windows 2000 news group and
decide whether or not it is worth the risk.
