Win 2K SP4 installation error..help!

Can anyone help?
When I try and install service pack 4 it fails at the last
breath with the messages:

Unable to connect to metabase.

failed to remove ism.dll script mappings service pack
setup will abort.

Has anyone else seen this?
Do you have a solution?

Don't try the "internet" install - too many chances for a
foul-up. Download the full install and then install it.

Doug,

I get the same message. I have tried to install SEVERAL
times with the same error. If you find a fix let me
know, and I'll do the same.
