Win 2k Shutdown command

Is there a command that will shut down a Win 2k server to the point where it
is powered off?

Tried the NT, Win 2k and Win 2k3 shutdown commands. NT and 2k3 will power
down the server, Win 2k doesn't power down using any of the shutdown
commands.

Only if the motherboard is APCI supported.

Try psshutdown if so
