Win 2k Server Network Drives not available

I have a Win2k server patched to sp4, using as print
server for 5 laser printers.
Intermitantly the network shares on client PC's will not
connect, all shares on the server are unavailable.
Does anyone have any ideas where to start on this, as I
only have about 35 users accessing this server, it is not
a new server but should do for the amount of traffic.
PIII 500 Mhz IBM Netfinity, SCSI, server class box.
384 MB RAM, running RAID 5 for data.
I checked performance monitor but besides some peak
times, processor seems ok, RAM is getting up there in
utilization, but ok for now.

It is the same problem that I'm having.
Microsoft says that they have a fix for tthis but I
haven't been able to get it yet.
