win 2k restart without consent

need help win 2k

i will be working on my computer and all of the sudden it
restarts its self while working or while the computer is
idle. if someone can help i would greatly appreciate
it thank you
 
Sounds like a MS Blaster or simular Worm-Virus infection!
Check your computer for Viruses.
