Win 2K Pro Unexpected Re-Boots

I had asked before, and got no response

Sometimes, mostly when I am on-line, my machine will re-boot unexpectedly. On the blue screen, I have seen the following errors

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_ARE
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLE
MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUEST
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRA

This happened after a clean install of Win 2K Pro on a new system - P-IV 266GHz, 512 MB DDR RAM, and installation of Service Pack 4

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
