Problem:
When installed this program I found there was no Internet
connection and I had lost access to the network drives.
Outlook would not connect to the exchange server.
Resolution:
After searching on the net via another PC I found that
spyware removal programs can change the Winsock settings
and its associated registry entries.
The best way to restore this on Win2K systems is to run
LSPFIX found here at http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
You do not need any instructions just run the program and
it takes 2 seconds to restore the settings.
It worked a dream
There are other programs on there for other OS systems
including 96,98 and XP
As for this beta version.
I recomend you have a restore function on there.
So if anything gets currupt then you can undo what it has
deleted.
