Hey Victor,

Microsoft has published TweakUI (version 1.33, I think) that will
modify alot of things in Windows 2000. I used TweakUI in Windows XP
and was able to change alot of the logon prompt colors. Google search
"Tweak UI Windows 2000". The microsoft link was down when I checked
today.
