Win 2k boot cd

I want to know how to make bootable cd's of win 2k. as we
do in win 98.

I have machines running win 2k with ntfs file system.
When any system crashes i need to delete all partitions
and reinstall the whole thing thus deleting all my data.

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!
