Win 2k Auditing Log Errors

What would cause a 560 and a 577 code to show up in
Windows 2000 Event Viewer log. I have a machine set to
audit success and unsucess log and it shows as unsucess
object access. This is occuring when the subjects
(users) use Roxio Easy CD creator. What and or why is
this and what can you offer as an explaination?

Maybe the application processes are still running in the background when
MSAS is scanning.
