Win 2003 - restarts after Admin log off -

Win 2003 terminal server that has been very stable for about a year. Now
when I Log Off, it restarts the server. Is there a bug in Service Pack 1.
Nothing else has changed on the server.It happens only when an Admin logs
off, not a regular user.
