Win 2003 NIC Cards

I just tried to upgrade Win 2000 to Win 2003 and found out the NIC card is not compatible with 2003.
I then tried to search for a compatible NIC card but can not find a NIC that says it has Win 2003 drivers.
Do you have a Win 2003 NIC card that is compatible and, if so, what is it?
