Win 2000 rebooting

W2K crashed, did a Repair, but now it gets to Windows blue
screen, but then just keeps rebooting. Please help asap,
thanks.
 
How far does it get through the splash screen before it reboots?

What was installed or updated previous to the crash referenced? How did you
do the repair?
