Win 2000 Pro: STOP: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
What is the meaning of parameter one 0x82081B10 ??
and the parameter two 0xC000014F ??

My Win 2000 Pro (SP4) was running well a long time on IBM DeskStar hardisk
(20G). No hardware change.

What I have changed recently is update the Norton Antivirus data-file
yesterday night, but I can still start my computer this morning without
problems! Just a while after normal shutdown, I re-boot it (as I forget to do
somethings), the above error appeared.

-I tried to boot it in safe mode, same error.
-I tried to check the harddisk with IBM's DFT (Disk Fitness Test) tool, all
test passed.
-But when I perpare to try boot from Win 2000 CD, the harddisk even cannot
be detected by CMOS. After that, it cannot detect this harddisk anymore...

Thx for reply, I read all those kb before, but none of them telling me
What is the meaning of parameter one "0x82081B10" ??
and the parameter two "0xC000014F" ??

And now, my PC BIOS even cannot detect the harddisk... any help please...
