This did not occurr on 95 or 98SE.
When upgrade to Win 2000, my HP LaserJet 1100 will not
print any more than 6 power point pages (does not affect
word or XL docs) without hanging up. Page 7 will be
printed on two pages, each page having a portion of the
characters/text. Once manually invoked from the printer
to continue, will go for another 5 or 6 pages before
hanging up again. Once job is complete an error message
appears "Function address 0x83f340ea caused a protection
fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property
page(s) may not be displayed. Typically until the computer
is rebooted, the printer's property page is no longer
available.
I have tried increasing the DWS to its max, to no avail,
and have tried different HP Printer drivers, also to no
avail.
Any suggestions
