anyone any info on this error?
Stop 0x0000007B (0xf681B848,0xC000034,0x00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

system was working fine up to a reboot and bios upgrade
raid controller reports no problems

any one got any ideas

In very general terms, STOP 0x7b means that the operating system cannot
communicate with the controller. Did you update a driver? Did you flash
the BIOS? Did you install or uninstall any software since the last reboot?

yes martin i did flash the bios and then the problems
occurred any ideas?

Make sure the BIOS and the controller driver are of the same revision.
Espcially if the machine is a Dell. What kind of controller is in the
machine?
