Will Zynga Finally Have to Start Making Games?

It looks like Zynga finally ****ed off a company larger than themselves, and may be going to court to answer for copying a game from EA. Will it be time for Zynga to start working on their own material and starting from scratch? Or will they be defended and be able to copy everything?

Hard to believe that a company making fun little games like this has a market cap of $2.89 billion with well over 1000 employees .
