Hi All,

XGI's web site stinks. I have Metacrawler'ed
z9s for manuals will no joy. Does anyone know if
the XGI Z9X will to 1680 x 1050? Anyone know
of a link to some spec's?

Many thanks,

To answer my own question, Viewsonic tech support just
got back with me and it is supported. :-)

If you have trouble with it, there are still some PCI
cards out there. The latest in terms of date of
introduction was the HD 2400 for PCI. But the
drivers were an issue with that one (not available for
many OSes). There are X1300 and X1550 cards for PCI
(and the HIS one has two DVI-I connectors and DVI-I
to VGA dongles. There are older cards like ATI 9250 and
Nvidia 6200. So plenty of substitutes, depending on the
situation.
