Hello all. Back in 07, my parents bought me my first computer which was a Dell Inspiron 530s. Up until now, I've been thinking about grabbing a new hard drive as my old one sounded like it was about to fail. But really? Windows Vista, again? So I looked around and found a hard drive with Windows 10 and 64 bits. But now I wonder, would that even handle on my PC?
Here are the specs: Link

If you have any experience with this computer, feel free to share. Thanks!

It seems viable to install Windows 10 on your pc. However, Windows 10 may runs slow.
I installed a GNU/Linux Debian 12.5 on my IBM ThinkPad T60 laptop computer, and it tuns well.

Yes, it is very slow. I think I may as well ditch the whole machine and use it a secondary while I look for something newer.

If you are going to use it as a secondary machine it would not hurt to wipe the whole thing (after backing up your data) and install a Linux operating system on it. It will run much better than windows. If you are not very familiar with Linux you can post a question in the Linux forum and someone will respond to you. :)
