Will Vista support different desktops?

The reason i ask is because some software I have has a single user EULA.

On the other hand my personal preference is to have a big grey desktop for
some visual work with another desktop with all things Aero.

Perhaps creating two user accounts would cater for the above?

On the other hand a single user account with different desktops might give
me what I prefer and honour a single user EULA?

When you save both desktops as themes you can change quickly between them.
 
Hmmm ...

It doesn't seem quite so easy.

A theme with a plain colour filled desktop doesn't reactivate desktop image
when going back to an earlier theme?
