Will two .NET frameworks conflict?

I install both Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and Microsoft .NET
Framework 2.0 at my Windows XP, will there be any conflict?

No. Pay attention to the framework version in the asp.net applications
on your local IIS install though: you have to set the .NET version on
teh ASP.NET tab in the virtual directory properties.
