Jan, sounds like good advise but can your instructions be
done on computers connected to an in-house network? I
don't trust the people who installed my network, I think
they put some sort of back door on it and I think one of
my former associates put on some spyware. I want to use
your advice but not knock out my server in the process.

I'll look for your reply.

Doug

Hi Doug :-)

Can you please give the me title of the thread that you are responding to,
as I am having a hard time putting your response here to the original
thread. :-)

If it is in regards to the use of spyware, adware and other malware
programs, there only one that *might* cause a problem with your connection
to the Internet is SpyBot and if you download the program below before
running the programs, then you will be able to get the reconnection done
easily yourself. If this is not what you are referring to, then please
advise me of your problem so I can response correctly. :)

IMPORTANT:
Before trying to remove spyware using the programs below, download a copy of
LSPFIX from the URL below - some malware may kill your internet connection
when it is removed, this program will enable you to regain your connection.

Hope this helps.
