Will this PSU be enough?

The system I'm building consists of 1gb 3200 ram, amd 64 3000+ (venice), 6600 GT PCI-E, DVD-R and a NFORCE4 motherboard. My question is, will this case with PSU included, be sufficient for these components? it's 350watts and antec.
